Knowing his inner motivations by heart the V-circle coach ensures he will not project his own topics on the client so he can focus 100% on the client's topics. All Simplify Coaching coaches are registered V-circle coaches and have that ability. 

As part of our post-HBO education at the V-circle Academy we spent many time on peer review sessions. We continued this effort also after completion of the program. The sessions ensure we further improve our skills and we stay alert to stay focused on the client topics only. 

A strong network of registered V-circle coaches is crucial to main the right quality of delivery in the future as well.
